Vicky Butterfly - More photographs

I posted a little first look at some photos I took of performer Vicky Butterfly here, however I have just finished the rest of the set and thought I'd share!

 

The Peacock and the Moth: Vicky Butterfly

Although the rest of these images are still a work in progress, I thought I'd share some first glimpses at the shoot I did with Vicky Butterfly a few weeks ago!

One of the most creative and talented members of the cabaret world, Vicky Butterfly creates beautiful performances inspired by a huge range of delights. From Mucha to Klimt, and from Weimar Germany to the early experiments in electricity, Vicky has created acts themed around them all.

I've seen her perform a number of times due to attending the same events and each time I see more detail in her choreography, props and jaw-dropping costume (all of which she makes herself). So of course, I was really excited to shoot with her and sit down for a few drinks afterwards!

The Red Admiral

A few weeks ago Sara (aka Yukidoll) was down in London for her University degree show, so we arranged a shoot in a beautiful location (although it did take a ridiculous amount of walking to get to!). 

I don't model often, but I've worked with Sara before and really loved the results, and I love these too!
